The nearest airports are Dibrugarh and Jorhat airports in the neighboring state of Assam which are connected with Delhi and Kolkata. It takes about 6-7 hours drive from these places to the Konyak Tea Retreat, Shiyong village, Mon district, Nagaland.
The nearest railway stations are Simaluguri junction, Bhojo (Sonari) and Dibrugarh in Assam. It takes about 6-7 hours drive. The trains that pass through these stations are the Rajdhani Express, Kamakhya Express, Brahmaputra Mail, Assam-Avadh Express and Guwahati- Dibrugarh Intercity Express.

DOMESTIC TOURISTS
Indian tourists travelling to Nagaland must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) in order to enter the state. The permit can be applied online at https://www.nagaland.gov.in/portal/portal/StatePortal/OnlineService/IssueILPService
It is also issued at the Nagaland Houses in New Delhi, Kolkata and Guwahati.
FOREIGN TOURISTS
Foreign tourists do not require permit to travel in Nagaland. But they have to register at the local police station within 24 hours of their entry into the state. They must keep extra photo copies of their Indian visa and passport page to submit at the police station.
